How to Prepare

1. The Instant Drink (Quick & Tangy)

  • Step 1: Pour 200ml of cold milk into a glass or cup.

  • Step 2: Add one level tablespoon (10g) of Kef-Kwik powder.

  • Step 3: Stir continuously for 1 minute until the powder is fully dissolved and the texture has thickened.

  • Pro Tip: For the best experience, let the drink sit for an additional 60 seconds after stirring to allow the natural body to fully develop.

2. The Traditional Brew (Live Culture Fermentation)

  • Step 1: Mix one level tablespoon (10g) with 200ml of lukewarm milk.

  • Step 2: Stir well and cover loosely with a cloth.

  • Step 3: Leave at room temperature ($21-23^{\circ}\text{C}$ or $70-75^{\circ}\text{F}$) for 18–24 hours.

  • Result: This gives the beneficial bacteria time to multiply, naturally thickening your brew. Once ready, refrigerate and enjoy.
