Free next-day delivery to the UK
Every UK order ships free, next day. Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and your order goes out the same day, arriving the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at a weekend, are posted the next working day.
There is no minimum spend. Next-day delivery is free on every UK order, whatever the size.
Where we post from
Everything is packed and posted by hand from our kitchen in Bristol. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing sits in a third-party warehouse.
Delivery times and costs
- United Kingdom — next day when ordered by 2pm. Free.
- Europe — Express, 2–7 business days. £8.99.
- Europe — Standard, 2–11 business days. £6.99.
- Rest of world — Express, 2–11 business days. £7.99.
- Rest of world — Standard, 3–17 business days. £4.99.
Will the culture survive the post?
Yes. Our starter is shelf-stable and does not need refrigeration in transit. It is packed at its biological peak and stays viable until you are ready to wake it up, so a day or two in a postbag does it no harm.
If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived when it should have, email us at hello@doughdoughathome.com and we will chase it or send a replacement. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
